Maybe I am asking a silly question here. Still worth a shot.
" I started my Masters in Computer Science last summer (May 2014) and lucky from June 2014 I joined as web developer at my university. After summer I worked per time there (14hr/week). Looks after this summer 2015 I will have total 1 year of job experience. Can I use it for Express entry or Provincial nominee? I am in Alberta.
Thanks

no, not if you are a full-time student working under a study permit; student work experience is not counted.

Nope, I was rejected once because I was working under study permit, even though I paid tax and CPP and EI, but because of the "study permit" status, my experience was not recognized
