International student visiting home just after graduation, before applying pgwp

Hi,
Can i visit home after completing my graduation and before applying for post grad work permit?
I am planning to stay home for one month
Here is my condition:
Planning to go home: December 20, 2015(my semester will end on Dec 18)
will get letter of graduation completion: first week of January 2016
Visa status: Multiple entry, S-1 student category

Visa expiry date: 30 April 2016
Study permit Expiry Date: 30 April 2016
