International Student visiting home country after graduation. Please help

Hi i am international student completing my studies in April 2024. I want to travel in mid April when my studies are over and planning to comeback in late June. I still have valid study visa and Study permit as well as Co-op work permit both expiring in August 2024.
My question is can i comeback withing 90 days and apply for PGWP when i am back in Canada or should i apply while in my home country cause i will be getting my completion letter at the end of MAY or start of June. So in this case would i be able to re-enter Canada with my valid study visa as my studies will be over. Will there be any issues. Please guide if anybody faced similar situation it would be really helpful.

Do you have a valid TRV? If so, yes.

You mean the sticker on the passport yes its valid till August 2024. i will be back by June so it will be valid. So i can apply PGWP from my home country and then comeback on the TRV stamp (ie student Visa stamp on my passport)?
