International student marry a refugee rejected

Hi I am an international student want to marry refugee reject girl. Now as I am not a PR is it sufficiently prove that it's not a convenience marriage. Furthermore, is it possible for her to get open work permit under my status. Please need your help.

She can certainly try to apply for an open work permit once you are married. However it's impossible to say if the open work permit will be approved. I suspect it will be difficult since she will be unable to show strong ties to her home country and prove she has no plans on remaining in Canada long term. So I would expect that her failed refugee status is going to create big problems for the open work permit application. But you can certainly try...
