I have a question about visa for spouses of international students in Canada. Me and my BF wanna get married, but the thing is that we didn't live together (we're even from different countries), just online and one one-week trip, during 10 months. My BF is an international student in Canada. So, what are the chances of getting OWP visa in this case? And how long can it take (like, one month, one year)?
Prehistory: i tried to apply to student visa twice, but got refuses both times (waiting for CAIPS now), so now I'm concerned if I should keep trying student visa or change it to spouse visa.
