Hi all,

I am an international student who study Hotel Management at a college in Ontario.

BELOW is the Northwest Nominee program

"The program is intended to assist NWT employers with critical labour shortages that cannot be filled by
local residents. This category is designed to increase the labour pool for entry level jobs (NOC skill levels
C & D – see Appendix A) in the hospitality and service sector industry to address the critical need of
semi-skilled workers in the NWT. Employees must have worked in the position for six months under a
temporary foreign worker permit."

SO I just want to know if I can find a job that is at the NOC SKILL levels C & D ,like kitchen helper, or food counter attendant?
Or do I have to find a job that at the Noc skill B because I am a college student?
anyone has any suggestion? should I go to the Northwest or other provinces?

Thank you.

Your program clearly says that NOC C or D is fine.. So you should be able to apply by working any occupation in a NOC C or NOC D. The only thing to worry about is that you will have to work for 6 months before you apply.. a
