International student from Ontario in Manitoba for pnp, wanting to change jobs.

Hello,
I am an international student with a 2 years Study in ontario, who has relocated to Manitoba. I am on my 3 years PGWP with no work experience on PGWP in ontario. I have a full time job with a Manitoban employer and wish to apply after i complete my 1 year here for my MPNP and under Express entry. My question is, when can i change my job with my current employer and work with another manitoban employer? I want to change my job as i feel it is not the best place for me to work in. How would it affect my MPNP or Express entry application?
Any information would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I am in the same condition as you. The only difference is I haven't flown for Winnipeg yet, I am still in Toronto and plan to move there in April end for the sake of MPNP.

My reply is not an answer to your question, since I have more other questions for MPNP.

I wanna know which NOC category your job falls under and it is related to your field of study? Are you really liking working there or is it worth moving there for MPNP?

Nothing. You have the option of looking for a new employer who will support your MPNP with a permanent job offer.

You may not have enough CRS points yet to get drawn in Express Entry with only 1 year of Canadian experience. Not familiar if you can claim enough points for an LAA with your 1 year of Manitoba experience in MPNP.
