I have received an offer of PhD with 35949 CAD (for four years) tuition fee waiver and 17500 CAD per year financial support. Total tuition fee for four years is approximately 50000 CAD. Total living expense for one person for four years is 44016 CAD (917 CAD x 12 x 4). Hence, total expense including tuition fee and living expense is 94016 CAD. Total fund available, including tuition fee waiver, is 105949 CAD (35949 CAD + 17500 CAD x 4), which is sufficient. My bank statement also shows fund of more than 8000 CAD. What should the bank declare in the Financial Solvency Certificate. Please advise.
