International Student Can get immigration (what will be the eligibility?)

Dear All,

I wanted to do my masters in my particular Discipline though i did my 4 years graduation 12 years back... But that time i was not having sufficient Funds to peruse my masters in abroad... My question is I want to take an admission in Canadian university while I am living in DUbai.

1- Is it possible getting work permit while i am studying?? is there any boundary like there are some specific universities and colleges which allowed work permit.
2- Can I get immigration on the basis of education in Canada or I have to proof the work also?? suppose if i do not get the job according to my profession during my studies and i work on a job just for meeting my running expenses?? then my work is different then my education...
3- I need to study 2 years or 1 years also enough to be in the category of eligibility for applying as International student with work??

Actually I apply for immigration also before As for immigrants the study is cheaper then international students but my that file is closed though i appeal but i wana study anyhow....
