international student and LmO

HI,
I am in canada from last two years as an international student .My college is not in operation anymore because i m doing a program which is not a registered program, thats why their are restraining orders against my college .My question is that am i eligible to apply for lmo besides the fact that my college is a private college and my program does not commit a work permit (pgwp).kindly reply me what should i do now my study permit is also expiring in may .

I'm not sure what you mean by "eligible" for an LMO. If you can find an employer who can obtain an approved LMO then you can certainly apply for a new work permit.

What i mean to ask is that i am in canada for the last two years and i dont have any kind of work permit and neither i can get work permit with the course i was doing ,am i still eligilble for lmo?.I hope their is condition for lmo that you must have a work permit before .
