Hi guys, I am coming to Canada in September for my graduate study, and I have a question for importing my personal item.
Since I got my bachelor's degree in USA, I left my personal items with my relatives who are living in USA, and I will drive there and pick them up.
I will arrive on Aug 28th at Toronto, and I am planning to drive to USA just after I arrive, and I will drive back with all my items to Toronto on Sep 1st.
Now I have several questions, first of all, should I fill BSF186 when I first arrive on Aug 28th, or on Sep 1st when I come back? If I should fill that on Aug 28th, should I circle the ”good to follow at a later time”?
Secondly, I have two Canadian visas on my passport, V-1 and S-1, should I use V-1 to enter Canada on Aug 28th?
