Have anyone received any notice of interview from Buffalo office informing them
about arranging with a pre-approved interpreter from The International Institute
of Buffalo to assist them at the interview if they are unable to communicate in either
English or french. And how much those their service cost?

I just want to know if their service is alright as i will like to refer to a friend to them for
his upcoming interview. He understands and speaks English really well but was not sure
why they include such information on the letter. Hope this information will help someone
else in future.

1. Because that is the only Interpreters that Buffalo will accept, so you don't have a choice.
2. They include the information as some people don't speak fluent French or English. So if you don't speak either language, and you show up without an interpreter, your interview doesn't take place.

Thanks for the info but the above post is not applicable to me.
