Thanks for replying. My situation is that I have done Post Bachelor diploma, but I am not sure if I can apply under the pilot project for post graduates. I believe that is for master and phd people ? So do I need to apply under international graduate ?

Could you please also share, how long it took to get the BCPNP approved and PR ?
