I have completed my 2 years Post Bacc Diploma in Canada in April 2015 and currently I am in India. Most probably I would be working here for a year and would be then going back to Canada in Aug 2017 but my main worry is would I be eligible to apply under the International Graduate category since the rule under PNP says that I have to apply within 2 years after my graduation so by the time I reach Canada in 2017, I would be exceeding my due date. Is there any province where the International Graduate category rule of 2 years rule doesn't apply?
