Please advise on all the above courses and which colleges.

all three are good. Now, depends on your previous study, any previous work experience and last and the most important - your interest to study which subject - HR, IBM or Admin. Now, if you have a different context to relate your question such as fee, program availability, duration, job prospects and all, then yes the answer could be bit different.

all programs are good. However, not to demotivate anybody, but job prospects here aren't that good basis what I have seen most of tech grads or be it commerce masters or bio engineers and so on... so the only thing and the best thing could be to look for a co-op program where at least u get a study related job for sometime and then u can try your luck, otherwise its too damn difficult. however, if the decision is to just study and move back to home country, then yes many better options in India for further study. If the purpose is to get PR, then one will need to review the other options which is best known as jugaad.

For business admin, Humber, Centennial, Seneca are good options... Humber offers co-op program but it's of two years program.

sabby2612 - Thanks for you guidance!! I am looking for a 2 year program since so that I get atleast 2 year or 2 year work permit after I complete my course.

I have a total working experience of 4 years of which 2+ years is to do with compensation (payroll)- Human Resource function (though my designation on paper does not say that, it says "Senior process associate") but my Job profile is all about payroll and stuff.

My interest is into Human Resource.

I have heard of Lambton college as well, they offer a 2 year course with co-op in Human Resource. Is this a good college?

My eventual intent is PR Smiley. How does Canadian experience thing work for PR?

well than let me guess you are working with AON or Genpact. anyway all colleges are good... and yes your best option to pick would be co-op or look for something in quebec... although what i understand 99% people coming to canada have just one purpose which is to get PR... so why not to take alternative options...

You were close!!! I work for Thomson Reuters!!! I will certainly look for something in Quebec... any suggestions there? BTW, what you understand is 100% correct
