Do I need to submit Proof of Fund while having valid ICT visa but not yet travelled to Canada? Received ITA last week.

The only applicant genuinely exempted from showing any POF are people who have LMIA supported job offers. Everyone else has to show PO. But CIC does allow people who are authorized to work in Canada to showcase other supporting documents in addition to bank funds. These documents could include work authorization status, pat stubs, job offer with salary details, bank statements showing salary credits, tax assessment forms etc. Of course, all these documents have to be acquired within the Canadian context for them to function as valid supporting documents against the POF requirement.
