Hi,
My NSNP is in process. I got an email other day stating' Provide any evidence you have to support your intention to settle permanently in Nova Scotia' as I have a sister who reside in another province. Is there any suggestions to help me out to provide a convincing evidence/explanation.

An important question here is... do you actually intend to settle in NS?

i dont knw abt evidence but make sure dont tell abt your sister coz so many ppl got refused in manitoba on this base.
they gave refusal letter on base that we r not satisfied that u will stay here as your close relative living in other province.
ask to some lawyer or persons who already there . they may help regarding this.

Yeah that's a tricky one. If you are currently in NS and have an apartment then that would help immensely? Also a job or job offer in the province would be great evidence to show. Aside from that, make sure you do a lot of research about the province and find out things like where you might intend to live, any connections to anyone you might have. If they interview you and you don't know basic things about NS then they would be suspicious, but if you're prepared you should be OK. You'll probably need a well written cover letter to send them, which a lawyer would be able to help you write.

Proving intentions are very subjective, but if you genuinely intend to live in the province then hopefully just being honest would be enough.
