Hi all,

I have received ITA under FSW and in the post ITA application cic is asking me to choose a province that I intend to reside.
Do I need to stay for some time in the province that I choose or is it not binding at all? Why do they ask this under EE FS anyways..

Do I also need to provide LOE about my intention to reside in the province of my choice.

Best,

No, you don't have to necessarily reside there, as FSW is a Federal Immigration Program. It's only informative and may contribute to some CIC's statistics. You don't need to provide a LOE.

Just don't put Quebec, as that opens up a whole new issue, unless of course that is actually what you want.
