Dear All,
I have been staying in Montreal since Aug 2018 on a closed work permit. My wife is on Open work permit. My daughter is in Grade 5 in English school and my son goes to daycare.
I am expecting an ITA under CEC in the next draw.
My concern is regarding the intent to move out of Quebec.
Please see below if the below documents would suffice the same:
1. I have a lease signed in Ontario for a house which is currently being used by my wife for job interviews, as she is not able to secure a job in Montreal due to not knowing French. After my PR, I also intend to join her
2. My daughter goes to an English school (as I am on work permit). Once I get the PR, she will have to go to a French school, which she would not be able to cope up. Her report card also shows that French is not her strong area
3. My Employer is based out of Ontario and has provided an offer letter (dated Aug 2018) also stating that they would support me for 1 year after the PR. No mention of Quebec/Ontario in this letter.
Will this suffice to prove my intent or do I need more like my wife's Ontario bank statement etc.?
Please provide your suggestions.
thanks,
AM
