Intended work in Canada while already working for more than a year

Hello,
This section of "Intended work in Canada" is very confusing.

I already am:

1. Have PGWP.
2. Working in a company for more than a year INSIDE Canada.

Should I select "Yes" or "No"? The previous posts are all confusing and don't directly answer if to select Yes or No.
