So have couple of questions from "Intended work in Canada" section. Here is my situation
My Open work permit has expire
I applied for Work Permit before my open work permit expired so i am on implied status
I have LMIA for job offer
I started working for this company before my open work permit expired and applied for the LMIA after. Then before my open work permit expired i applied for close work permit. i still havent heard anything back from cic for my new work permit then.
Does XYZ have a valid work permit for the current job in Canada?
should i answer yes to this?
Is XYZ job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
Will my new work permit would have employer name on it?
Has XYZ been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year?
By current work permit do they mean the one i have applied for?
