Intended Occupation and Current Occupation

What needs to go into Intended Occupation and Current Occupation?

Does the NOC Number goes in there? eg. NOC 2172
Does the NOC Description goes in there? eg: DBA Administrator
Does my job position goes in there? eg: Senior Consultant Data Analytics

I know both needs to be same.
