Hello,

My wife and I are gathering all of the necessary documentation to submit our spousal sponsorship application. I have three quick questions -

On the "Sponsorship Evaluation and Questionnaire" - When it asks "When do you plan on returning to resume Canadian residence?" - how do you answer? My plan is to come once I'm approved as a sponsor, but prior to my wife being approved for permanent residence, but my plans are fairly liquid and aren't set in stone. At the latest, I would move once my wife is approved. How should I respond to this question? (My wife and I currently both live in the U.S.A.)

On the "Schedule A background Declaration" - where they ask "have you had any serious disease or physical or mental disorder?" Would general anxiety qualify? My wife is on a very low dose of antidepressants, so I'm wondering if that needs to be included/disclosed? I don't know how much of a formal diagnosis she has, but enough of one for a doctor to issue a prescription.

Let me know what you think. Thanks!

In the same form, they ask about the sponsor's employment history - I worked for the same employer, but had multiple jobs over a long period of time due to receiving several promotions. Do I have to break that job history out on that form?

As you don't have a set date, explain in a separate sheet.

You can just list the employer once.

General anxiety isn't a serious condition, so no. She will have to disclose it in the medical.
