I have recently moved to canada in closed work permit ( intracompany transfer )
it’s been less than month since I moved to Toronto.
i have been working for my curren employer for more than 7 years outside Canada.

i wanted to be back in express entry pool. My employer is providing offer for me.
it is teer 0 job code.

Is this job offer for work that is full-time yes
was positive lima - no because intracompany transfer

Is x’s job offer from the employer named on the current work permit? Yes



in express entry profile i am not sure what to answer for the following question

Has X been working full-time for the employer on their current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)

Should I fill yes as I have worked with them outside canada
or should I fill no as I am new to canada ?

You must answer no. You will not be able to claim job offer points until you have worked for your employer for a full year in Canada.
