Please i wish to ask how long does it take for visa to be issued and passport refunded to applicant.?
My eldest son's passport was requested since August 2016 and that of my wife was requested December 1st 2016 till date no reply from the immigration about their permanent residence confirmation or passports sent to them. please can someone advice on what to do or is the situation normal? No information received or request for additional infos. I am so worried and confused. Please i need help.
