Has my wife’s visa processing been placed on hold due to her pending X-ray, or can it still proceed, and should we request an exemption or wait until after the baby’s delivery for the X-ray to be completed?
My wife is currently six months pregnant,. As a result, the required X-ray test has been postponed for health and safety reasons, though all other medical examinations have been completed.
1 Has my wife’s medical submission been placed on hold due to the pending X-ray, and does this mean that her visa processing will also be delayed until the X-ray is completed after the pregnancy?
2. Is it possible for the visa to be processed before the X-ray is completed, or does the case remain on hold until the full medical examination, including the X-ray, is submitted?
3. Would it be appropriate to request a temporary exemption or extension for the X-ray, or is the current hold in line with standard processing?
