Take the exam before the given date of your Medical request. Tuberculous Adenitis can be observe visually so you can't hide that to your Doctor. Because you're under treatment (and you're taking drugs) most of your medical test results will show some abnormalities if there is some, so be honest so that they can help you and advise you what is the best thing for you to do to still be qualified to CEM's standards. (Most of medical testing center here are friendly so don't worry e.g. St. Lukes)
Passing the test and be "Fit to work" is under the hands of your doctor. Much better to tell them what you are experiencing now. Let your doctor decide if you are fit to work.
The most important thing in medical test or exam is to clear and be negative on all test. Maybe during that time you will be lucky. What is the advise of your Doctor anyway the one who gives you treatment?
