Inquiry about obtaining PR for international student through sponsorship.

Hello all, this is my first year in Canada. I am current living in Winnipeg, Manitoba and has arrived in Canada as an International student.( I have a study permit for 4 year). However I would be transferring to University of Calgary at the end of the year. now I have a uncle ( my mother's brother) who is a Canadian national and lives in Calgary. If he is willing to sponsor me, is there any way I can obtain my PR before graduating? any help would be much appreciated. thank you.

Does your uncle have a spouse or common law partner? Does he have children? Are his parents still alive?

If the answer to any of the above questions is yes - he can't sponsor you through Family Class. You will have to qualify on your own.
