The jobs below is not in Canada. They all happened outside canada. Thanks!
Q1:
After I graduated from my undergraduate degree, the title of my first job was Trainee.
I worked 40 hours per week for 13 months. In fact, my job focuses on customer service and sales.
The job duties and responsibilities are: perform sales order management tasks and process customer inquiries; maintain customer relationships through proactive communication related to order management; liaise and support Logistics team with the delivery of products from the plant or third party warehouses; support credit management, billing and accounts receivable follow-up; develop potential customers; deal with customer complaints, etc.
I feel that this is more suitable to code 6411, but it is a C type, which is not useful at all:
6411 Sales and account representatives-wholesale trade (non-technical)
Can I write code 6221? Does my job description meet this code 6221? Is it ok?
6221 Technical sales specialists-wholesale trade
Q2:
After I graduate from my master degree, my first job was industrial engineer. This is code 2141-Industrial and Manufacturing Engineers, which meets the requirements of Class A.
But this job is 30 hours per week, the salary on the work certificate is decent, May I get points for this?
Thanks a lot!
