Inquiry about accompanying Visa (spouse visa)

Hello everyone
I have been admitted to the one of Canada universities and i get the official acceptance and i need to ask about two things:

1. If i need to apply visa to my wife, which kind of visa i will need? (Visitor or any other type)?

2. Is there a potential risk that may my wife visa will affect on my visa approval? Or it's normal?

i had put visa with spouse (wife). i got an acceptance letter from university for ms program for computational science and i had put visa on 5 june .and my spouse visa are for full work permit

You need to apply for an OWP for your wife. You have the option to apply for your study visa first and then apply for your wife versus together if you are concerned.
