Inquiry about 1 year work experience

Hi, on CIC website they have mentioned in minimum requirements for Express entry profile:

Skilled work experience
Your work experience must be:

• at least 1 year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous:
  • full-time at 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
  • equal amount in part-time: 15 hours/week for 24 months = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)
  • full-time at more than 1 job: 30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

I am not able to understand this section which I have highlighted above. Can anyone please explain this to me?

Also I am working 40 hours per week, according to which my 1560 hours will complete in 10 months (40 x 4 x 10 = 1600). Does this make me eligible for express entry profile?

No.

You must work for a period of one year (52 weeks).

This has been answered many times on this forum. You have to work 52 full weeks for at least 30 hours per week. The only reason you would count hours is if you work fewer than 30 hours per week, in which case you would necessarily gain the experience over more than 52 weeks.
