I need to know about a Memorial University I know its a public university established in 1925. The point i want to know weather Canadian Embassy give visa to this university i am planning to pursue MBA & i am from India & want are the reviews about this university Thanks.

No one can tell you your chances of getting a visa as it is dependant on your profile. Yes, IRCC issues visas for students going to Memorial. Memorial is the only university in Newfoundland and is one of the easiest schools in the country to get into for domestic and international students. It is one of the cheapest public universities too.
