Inplant Training- Can be counted as experience ?

Hello friends, I have done my diploma in Mechanical Engineering and after that as a part of curriculum i had to work for 6+6 months in a Mechanical Engineering company.

Can this 6+6 months can be counted as an experience when I will apply for Canadian Experience Class(CEC), I was only paid stipend of $26/Month.

Currently I am doing my M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering at CONCORDIA University.

Do you get this training under your study permit or work permit? Also, 26 dollars a month is very low. Must be a typo?

If it was part of your program requirements (e.g. practicum), then, no, it doesn't count as work experience.
