inland spouse sponsorship--help

So I applied for a visit visa from abu dhabi ,and by the time the visit visa came for my wife (syrian national) ,I am acanadian national and so are my kids , I was fired from my job,and could not apply for immigration,and the visit visa has arrived and now we arrived in canada..I have no job,and am planning to find a job in the meantime. Please let me know ,what application i should fill to sponsor her here...while i reside in canada , as her going back to her home country (syria, a war zone , is not safe)

You can apply to sponsor her as your spouse, inland.

can you still sponsor if you dont have a job,but u have a saving account of over 50k ..i still looking fora joob now

Since she's already in Canada, as a Syrian national she could probably easily get status of her own by applying as a refugee.
In that case she'd have access to health care, can work or study without waiting years for sponsorship approval and no chance of deportations in case of visa overstay.

Don't think there's any point in sponsoring through family sponsorship when a much easier route is available.
Family sponsorship - expensive, long delays, having to prove relationship, potential refusal.

I don't know much about refugee status, but take a look at the refugee section of the forum. However your job status is irrelevant to sponsoring under family class.

For family sponsorship there is no job or monetary requirements directly; you must simply prove you and your spouse can support yourselves and your kids without needing welfare. With that savings and your job prospects it should be fine.

Perhaps if you sponsor your family members you will get a faster processing due to them being Syrian?
