I have some questions concerning my application.
1. Can I submit PCC and medical with the original application? (sorry if this has been answered before or is obvious). I am, like many other probably are, looking to make the process go as quickly as possible.
My soon-to-be wife is from 1973 and I am from 1997. I realize that this is unconventional, but we have a true relationship that's lasted 4 years this august. This might be unpopular with some people, but we met through her former husband (she is now divorced and her marriage is why we did not apply sooner - I originally came to Canada on July 15, 2016). Her husband is a very distant member of my family and we have therefore kept our relationship a secret until sometime after I came here. Because of this and the fact that I came here right out of high school, she has paid for everything and taken care of everything on that front.
I am concerned with the proof of relationship aspect of our application as all we really have to submit from the start of our relationship is photos and text message. We met in New York once while I was on a school trip and she flew down to meet me. We have boarding passes from this trip as well (this was 2015). I have had supp visa cards to hers since 2016 and we share a bank account. She has also paid for travel insurance twice and dental visits. I mentioned my the bit about her ex because we had to keep our relationship secret for the first 2 years, keeping us from really meeting.
2. Should I be worried about being able to provide enough proof or would this suffice?
3. If for any reason the inland application is denied, can I then never apply again? I read that the inland application does now allow for any appeal what-so-ever.
4. In order to get OWP, must I have legal status and not implied when the AOR takes place? My current status expires in the start of September and I won't be able to apply until mid to late August. I suppose I should just apply for an extension now to up my chances - I would have to in September anyway.
