My name is arun.. i am presently in Canada with PR.. i got married recently and i want to apply PR for my spouse and have all the documents required except marriage certificate. She is already in Canada with work permit due to limited leaves we didn’t apply for marriage certificate in India. Is it mandatory to have marriage certificate to apply for spousal PR
Please any suggestions are helpful

You need the marriage certificate. If you apply without a marriage certificate IRCC will most likely return your application as incomplete.
