Hi my wife is from central america and she applied for canadian visa last year and she got a 5 years visa multi-entries. We got married here in Ontario this year on January 6th, due to the 6 months in and 6 months out of her visa, she applied for an extension of stay explaining to immigration that she had gotten married and that we would do an inland sponsorship and immigration accepted it and granted her an extension. Once we submitted the inland paperwork they accepted it, but her extension was due in the first week of november this year, and also her mother back home got sick with breast cancer and her mother's insurance covered her and my wife as a companion. So my wife therefore did not apply for an extension of stay and she left november 1st to fly back home and be with her mother in this difficult process. Her mother was thankfully treated on time and she is now out of danger. But now my concern and mt wife's concern if she can come back. If she will get deported at the airport. She has with her our marriage certificate, proof of landing, mails sent to her under her name to my address. We are just worried she can't come back and we don't know what to do. If anybody has any idea or knows of something please reply back

Something I had forgotten to mention is that before she left on November 1st, we withdrew our application sending a letter to immigration explaining why she was leaving, and they accepted the withdrawal and they also refunded the paperwork fees back into our credit card.

She has a 5 year multi-entry TRV so not sure why you are concerned. I would refile your inland sponsorship plus OWP (if your wife wants to work) when she reenters Canada. She never overstayed and you properly withdrew her inland application when she left Canada.
