I was curious, what is the safest option for inland sponsorship? We are both going to be living in Korea and will go to Canada next fall, but I wanted some input. We were considering getting married in Korea (I'd be easiest for us financially) and then visiting my family in the US, then driving up to NB from NH. I am just worried if she is on a tourist visa and she gets denied entry. We plan on having a flight from Canada to Korea that is refundable just in case, but what other precautions can we take? I looked into TRV but the general consensus is that it is not a good idea to get it before you file a PR incase they deny the application. Maybe I am overthinking the whole process, I am just concerned they will deny her at the border because she is my wife and of course visiting isn't our ONLY intent as I plan to sponsor her. That being said if the application does get rejected she would go back to Korea and we would have to file outland.
