Hello Team,

I am Canadian PR and my wife is here with me on a visitor visa. We got married in India after she got her visitor visa sponsored by her brother. Now I am really confused on what is the best path for me to get her PR and work permit in Canada.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Apply for an inland sponsorship(will take about a year to process), along which you can apply for OWP-open work permit(which will be approved around 3-4 months time). Keep in mind these timelines are based on the fact that all the paperwork is good to go(no missing docs or signature)
