Inland Sponsorship for spouse July 2023

Hello Everyone, I'm writing in regards to sponsorship for dependent (spouse) in Canada class for PR application. Met the eligibility and completed biometrics and medicals a couple weeks ago say beginning of October. Currently, the application status shows background check under processing. How long will it take to receive a PPR if its the case or an ECOPR? Anyone from similar timelines or around the July or August or earlier who received anymore updates on their application?

Did you do your medical exam last September 2023? Expiry date is one year from medical exam [passed] date

I never had to do my medicals lol i applied from canada

So you didn't have to get medical when you entered into Canada and never needed to since you applied for inland spousal sponsorship as PA?

I did my medicals when I came to canada in 2019 as a student, but then for PR i didn't have to

Some people are exempted to re-do medical for PR application. Some cases, they request medical again.
