I submitted my inland sponsor application sponsored by my wife + open work permit application in August 2016. The application was returned with everything including payment receipts in late September 2016. The attached explanation states that it was returned due to two missing documents (Additional Family Information & Sponsor Evaluation Form). Although I won't argue, I am confident that the Sponsor Evaluation form was included. Yet, the additional family information application was returned in the very same package. I have few questions, it would be great if anyone can help.
1. Can I use the same payment receipts for the sponsorship and work permit when I re-send the application or should I repay and include new receipts.
2. Some applications are stamped by CIC as received. Should I resend the same documents again or should I reprint and re-sign them.
3. The criminal background check is now expired and the process to reissue it again may take up to 4 months. Should I re-send the older one I sent in the first submission with a note stating that it had expired and that I will resend a new one as soon as I receive it. Or am I forced to wait for 3-4 complete months before I resubmit (This may put my stay in Canada at risk)
4. Regarding the Additional Information Family document they designated as missing. Should I resend the same document or does it mean that the document might have been faulty for some other reason and the agent mis-designated it as missing instead of faulty.
Thank you all !!
