I am currently in British Columbia with a job offer. I got Provincial Nomination and have also been invited to apply for permanent residency. I applied for my work permit but it isn't out yet. In other not to show proof of funds, I need to have a Valid Job Offer AND authorization to work. As my work permit isn't out yet and I'm running out of time to submit my PR application, should I decline this particular invitation and wait for another round of invitations since my CRS is above 1000 or do I submit with a letter of explanation and proof of work permit application?
