Hello, everyone! Finally, we are ready to send our application package. I just have a question about how to organize these files. We bought a good quality plastic envelope with dividers and labels. I am planning to insert this plastic envelope in a big envelope from Canada post or send it via courier. It doesn't have plastic sleeves where we need to insert pages inside. It's just plastic dividers and we used paper clips for the documents. One person told us to not put it there and just put everything inside a big envelope (the one we can buy at Canada Post) and directly mail it. But I'm kind of scared that it might damage the documents, and I feel like it's not gonna be organized properly (though we followed the order of documents according to the checklist).
I have attached here the photos of my envelope that I currently use for the documents because I don't know how you exactly call it. Is this kind of envelope allowed?? Or should I just put everything inside the one, big envelope from Canada post?

Thank you!

No - not allowed. Take everything out of the plastic envelope and but everything in one big mailing envelope. No binders or plastic divider envelope things allowed.

No they specifically say not to use any type of folder. Also, highly recommend to use a courier service like FedEx or UPS (that are more secure and have tracking numbers) instead of Canada Post as they are not always so trustworthy. FYI there is a different address to send to when you use a courier service from when you send by Canada Post.
