Hi guys. I need advice on where to apply from. I am currently in Canada and want to apply for CEC, but I also know that i will be leaving Canada soon and my question is if I can apply while being still here, but can i put my home coutry address as I will be there till decision is made. I dont want to confuse immigration with changes in address if the difference will be only 2weeks. Someone will ask why i cant wait with applying? Just because I have limited time to do so in order to get the whole points for experience(as they count 3years back for canadian exp) So if anyone could help. Is it a big problem if i put outland address while in canada? Please, help
