Inland or POE

If I claim at POE will they detain me as I'm carrying document such as court order and personal documents.or it is better for me to make claim inland


Also it is stated that refugee claim should be made at this first country you land however if my flight is transiting at Seoul or China will this effect my claim later on

No - they won't detain you.

No - the fact you are transitting through Seoul or China won't be an issue. It would only be a problem if you were going to the US first.
