Inland Landing Process

Do people know if we are obligated to complete the virtual landing as an inland applicant? Is it possible to take the COPR and get it officiated at the border, or do we have to complete it online?

Follow up question: how long did it take between the virtual landing and receiving the PR card in the mail?

Not 100% sure on the current process.

But back in the days, before virtual landing, inland application is completed by a landing interview scheduled in an IRCC office inside Canada.
The PA and sponsor needed to go to there phsyically to complete the landing process.
Now they are replacing that with virtual landing. So I don't know if they have alternative to allow an "outland style" landing via the border and COPR.
