I'm currently on a pgwp and applied for ee (fsw). My spouse (included in the ee application) had a sowp which recently expired and we applied to change his status to visitor and he now has a visitor record.
I'm wondering if he's eligible to apply for an open work permit. If so, is there a separate category?
2) can he work after he's applied (implied status) or will he have to wait until a decision has been made?
I do have a full-time job and 3 pay stubs but I'm not sure those are needed.
Appreciate any advice.
