We have applied for our inland common law sponsorship.
All sent in...my partner needs to see a doctor, he has been in Canada now 18 months, will we hae to pay out of pocket ? A this point he has intended status as also applied for work permit ....thank u

Which province are you living in?

What is your partner's current status in Canada? Did your partner come on a visitor visa? Something else?

We are in BC
He came on visitors visa and was granted an extension to qualify for our common law .
We applied in October and the application has been received.
As he also applied for OWP I understand he has intended status ..
He is currently a temporary resident
