Inland Common law acceptance question.

I was accepted for PR and have my final interview tomorrow but recently my partner and I had a baby. We have yet to receive a birth certificate (baby was born in canada). I called CIC and they added a note to my file.

Should I fill out the addon request before going to the interview or wait until the interview? Will I also need to pay the fee?

Your baby is already a Canadian citizen, due to being born in Canada; there's no need to add him/her to a PR application.

Just inform the officer at your landing interview that you have been blessed with a beautiful baby...assuming s/he is beautiful.
