Inland application

Hello,

I'm about to sponsor my wife. She is a British citizen and came here to visit me as a tourist. If I apply for her inland, can she travel abroad before the process is complete? Which one is recommended more, inland or outland?

If she intends to travel outside Canada at all during the process then OUTLAND is recommended. Outland apps are usually recommended anyways due to much quicker processing time vs inland.
